Abstract


Pentru a investiga efectul radioresistant de Polizaharide Lycium barbarum (LBP) pe deteriorarea sistemului de reproducere in șobolani masculi și celule spermatogeneze cauzate de doze mici de iradiere cu 60Co-γ (Cobalt radioactiv). Sobolanii masculi au fost împărțiți aleatoriu în 7 grupe și tratați cu iradiere și / sau LBP :

To investigate the radioresistant effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) on the damage of male rats' reproductive system and spermatogenic cells caused by low-dose 60Co-γ irradiation. Male rats were randomly divided into 7 groups and treated with irradiation and/or LBP:

normal control group
irradiation control group 1
irradiation control group 2
irradiation control group 3
LBP+irradiation group 1
LBP+irradiation group 2
LBP+irradiation group 3.

Se constată că funcția de împerechere și coeficient de organe testiculare în grupurile LBP + iradiere au fost semnificativ mai bune decât cele din grupurile de control iradiere corespunzătoare.

It is found that mating function and testis organ coefficient in LBP+irradiation groups were significantly better than that of the corresponding irradiation control groups.

LBP stimuleaza semnificativ expresia Bcl-2, în timp ce suprimeaza expresia Bax. LBP de asemenea, joacă un rol important în prevenirea scăderi posibile a membranei mitocondriale. In plus, LBP poate reduce în mod semnificativ apoptoza celulelor spermatogeneze. În concluzie, LBP are efect protector evident asupra funcției de reproducere de sex masculin in sobolani si disfunctie spermatogenica indusa prin iradiere.

LBP significantly up-regulates the expression of Bcl-2 while down-regulating the expression of Bax. And LBP also plays an important role in prevention mitochondrial membrane potential decrease. In addition, LBP can significantly reduce spermatogenic cells apoptosis. In conclusion, LBP has obvious protective effect on the male rats' reproductive function and spermatogenic dysfunction induced by irradiation.
